CANCELLATION AND EARLY CHECKOUT POLICY<\/h3>

In case you want to cancel your booking, please see the cancellation policy mentioned herein under:-<\/p>

Cancellation of booking is to be done only by email to hotelseabirdinternational@gmail.com<\/a> by the customer. We do not have any online cancellation facility\/provision In case you do not give any mail for cancellation of your booking, that case, it shall be treated as \u201cNO CANCELLATION\u201d NO REFUND.<\/p>

You can cancel your booking any time 48 hours before check-in time, you shall get a 100% refund if it is 24 hours before the check-in Tim it is a 50% refund less than 24 hours from check-in time there is no refund shall be given.<\/p>

In case of any modification\/changes in your booking or to add more no.s of room it is subject to availability of the Room without any additional or cancellation charges.<\/p>

This booking or cancellation shall apply only for direct booking by the guest\/customer, through any agent or agents it is not applicable. In case of early check-in and let check-out up to 4 hours 20% shall be charged on the respective room tariff subject to the availability of the room. Please note in case your booking is for 3 rooms for 3 nights and you want to do the cancellation less than 24 hours from the date of check-in the case first day of all 3 rooms’ tariff shall be deducted from your booking amount.<\/p>
